React native provides a way to lazily initialise the ViewManagers for the package that extend ViewManagerOnDemandReactPackage by setLazyViewManagersEnabled(true);
But after enabling this flag, the default viewmanagers do not get initialised at all.
To fix the above problem, change is made to create default viewmanagers on startup and the ones extending onDemandReactPackage lazily when required.

Test all the view managers are initialised and working as expected.
