Add video token server

Description

This PR adds a new function template for a video token server. This token server is intended to be deployed from Code Exchange. Once it is deployed, the user can visit a Getting Started page (see figma) that will teach them how to use the new token server in one of our Video Quickstart apps. One feature of this token server is that it automatically generates a long passcode to secure the token endpoint. This passcode will be shown to the user on only the first visit to the Getting Started page.

To try it, just clone the repo and check out the branch:

https://github.com/timmydoza/function-templates.git
git checkout add-video-token-server

Then change directories into the video-token-server directory. Add your API key and secret to the .env file, and run twilio serverless:deploy (you'll need the Twilio CLI and the Serverless Plugin installed).

Checklist

  • [x] I ran npm test locally and it passed without errors.
  • [x] I acknowledge that all my contributions will be made under the project's license.
